How do you review guests that you have not met?

We have a lockbox on an apartment that we rent and a cleaning company that turns the apartment over.  How do we review for cleanliness, etc. when we did not meet the guest(s) or see how they left the apartment?

I guess you can't unless you can get the cleaning service to give you an update on the place everytime a guest leaves.
