How do specify different arrival dates?

During certain peak periods we require only Friday or Sunday arrivals. Typically, we do Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday during the busy times so we don't loose two weekends. 

Can we specify this on the posting?

@Colin98 Yes, you can set special requirements for a range of dates.  If you are using a web browser, go to Manage Listing > Availability then click on Edit for Trip Length.  In that section you will see a link for special requirements.  The result will be this: 

In your case you would enter the range of dates for your peak season, enter your minimum stay requirement and specify the day of the week you allow check ins.
