How can I see the breakdown of my response rate?

I have a 97% response rate but I always respond immediately so I don't know why it's not 100%. I have a theory related to a bug on airbnb's side, but before I get into it, can airbnb show me the supposed 1 time (out of 37) that I did not respond within 24hrs?

Not to my knowledge.  97% is still a great response rate, though I know it is frustrating when you know you've been doing everything correctly.

I actually have the same question. I am a new host, and have had only one person stay here. My response rate is 97% which doesn't make sense. It should be either zero or 100%. So what gives, Airbnb?

I have some late / no response, I responded to them within the first few hours so I have no idea why they ended up there.

Strangely there were even more errors like the two shown but they have recently disappeared!  Glitch?
