HOW DO I GET 2 DEPOSIT RESOLUTION FOR DAMAGES RESOLVED?!

I've had several guests damage my property and sent damage reports to the resolution center.  One was in JUNE and the other over 2 weeks ago and still it seems no one from airbnb has reviewed it after clicking get airbnb involved... the reports still say in prosess or something like they are reviewing it still.  WHat do I need to do?  This seems ridiculous.

Same here. Not a single response from Airbnb, so the guests got away with causing damage, without consequence apparently . This is not how Airbnb advertises. It is extremely frustrating.
