@Joni13 For the lack of communication, you can always send a message through Airbnb system to the guest to voice your concern if you feel it's necessary. If you're an on-site host,
you can also talk in person. Regarding the payment, Airbnb charges guests' payment method as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Airbnb will send the payout to you one day after the guest Check-in. The processing time will depend on your payout method and only counts business days (M-F). So, if the guest is already check-in, you should have nothing to worry about regarding payment from the guest.
