Guest wants to add another night

Hi, A guest added another night to their booking, but had to pay another security deposit - is there any way to fix this for them? Thanks.

Guests don't ever actually pay the security deposit, and it  isn't even held on their credit card, so there is really no consequence at all of their having another security deposit.  

However, a 2nd security deposit charge only happens if they book the extra day as a separate reservation.  Instead of doing that, guest should simply alter or change the existing reservation -- or you could do that for them, and send them a reservation change.
