Guest left 2 days early with 1 day notice

I was hosting guests who booked out my calender until the saturday, late on tuesday night they said they made other arrangements and are leaving thursday morning, this stopped me from being able to book my remaining days. Am I at a legal obligation to refund them the last 2 nights they didn't stay? surely not?

You are not out of pocket unless they submit a change of booking request.

AirBnB won't allow you to a double benefit however, by releasing rooms sold to someone ele.

Provided they did a cancellation through the site they may be entiltled to a refund as per your flexible cancellation policy.

Cheers mate, that is what I had thought, they didn't cancel or anything so it just blocked out the days of booking to other people.
