Guest has blemish my home

Hello

my last quests has been caused irreversible damages at my home. 

For example they have been ruined my kitchen surface which I told how to use. 

Also they have used chemicals in my bathroom which they shouldn’t. 

What should I do now? How are quests responsible for that?
