Guest cleaning expectations when cleaning fees are included.

I'm renting an entire cabin and they are charging a $150 cleaning fee but require cleaning and putting away the dishes and require removing all bags of trash from the property with the warning of $25 for each bag of trash left behind. Is this allowed? What is the point of paying a $150 cleaning fee if I'm required to clean all the dishes and take all the trash with me?

@David1696 While I think it’s in poor taste for the host to require that with such a high cleaning fee, it is allowable. In the future, verify with your host what is required in the way of cleaning before you make a reservation.
