Guest can't accept updated booking

We have a guest who has booked and only put 1 guest, it should have been 4 guests. I sent an amendment to the booking and she cant click the accept button. I cant find a contact number for airbnb support to assist her. 

Even we are superhosts for years contacting support is still a night mare. How can I get support to contact her? Or should I just let her pay the extra cash when she arrives.....(I dont like doing that)

Hosting for 12 years Superhost for most of that time and have grown each year.

Ask your guest to amend the booking and then you can accept the extra  number of guests - that works easier.

 

Failing that you can send a special offer is the booking is already in place: include all the guest costs, plus cleaning fees (but not AirBnB fees). Make sure you guest then clicks to accept the new price.

I cant send a special offer because it says that the dates are booked. I cant re send the amendment because it says its already been sent and the guest doesn't know how to amend the booking. A simple call from airbnb support could sort this but.......
