Guest booked for our flat from "another agent"

Hi, 

a few days ago a neighbour informed us that someone was trying to access our flat that is listed on airbnb claiming to have a reservation from "another agent". Our flat is not listed with any other agents, we only let it on airbnb for dates when we are not using the flat ourselves. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

Scammers use other peoples photo's etc but have not heard of anyone turning up, they would not have those details.

Well usually, I can think of how they could get them. Often the object is to get paid not through AirBnB and disappear.
