Hi all
this is my first time to host.
i want to know what grcoeries and aminities should i have in my house

the guest asked for:

Salt 

Peper

Cooking Oil

Tea

Coffee

sugar

Toothpaste

Shower gel

Shampoo

detregent for washing machine

detergent for dish washer
toilet paper

I prefilled the fridge with water, diffrent typpes of juice and soft drinks as a welcome gesture

i allready bought them for him but i want t know is this normal?

You provide whatever you want to provide as the host. Guests don't get to give you a shopping list.

@Mohamed67 you don't have to provide anything.  i think its set in your price.  your place can sleep 10, so your price is extremely reasonable.  it sounds to me as though the guest is trying to revalue the price by asking for things to be added for their stay.

some hosts provide extras to welcome guests such as muffins etc but i don't think they offer everything your guest is asking for. 

however, if you're going to provide extras then you might also adjust your nights tarriff.
