Giving a contact- whay impossible?

Hi!

I have a problem giving a contact information to my guests. I'm currently not in my country, but I accepted/confirmed a reservation and gave my guests details about the apartment, area etc. I wanted to write number of my brother who will be there on their disposal but Airbnb won't let me send it alrthough the reservation is confirmed! It says it is not possible because reservation is not confirmed wich is not true. What do I do?
