Fee structure for a co-host

I am considering looking for somone to assist me with hosting my property.This would involve responding to enquiries,sending directions and info about the check-in,arranging of check-in times,blocking calenders etc.I am not sure what fee structure is reasonable?

Have a look on Airbnb Help Centre it has information on how co-hosting works and suggested costs, which I think is up to 25%.
