Error in accepting booking.

My guests reported having difficulty booking my listing. She's ready to book but there seemed to be some errors. Please help.

She has 2 verification. Does that matter?

@Nate0 The guest needs to work with Airbnb if they are experiencing problems. My suggestion is to focus on guest who can pay and book, rather than spending a lot of time on guests who can't or won't submit their indentity or payment information.
