Error in Payout method

Hi, 

I am looking at my transaction history and I see two future transactions.

The payments should have been made and be reflecting in my account by now -  but I see that the payout method has an error.

It doesn't say what error it is ! Need help

Hi @Tanushree0, when you say "future transactions", do you mean that Airbnb has sent you a message saying that your payout has been sent?

Many payouts, including mine, has been about a day late due to the New Year Holiday so you might wait and see if yours has been recieved.

Not sure what you mean that you see that there is a payout error.  Do you mean that the receiving account you set up is wrong?

If you could clarify these questions it would be easier to give you advice.

I had the same issue. I had spelling mistake in my email and now my payments have not come through. I can't seem to find a place to contact anyone to send it to the right address and it's quite frustrating. If someone knows what to do to get that all sent properly please let me know 🙂
