Enquiry that looks legit, but doesn't respond correctly?

I had an enquiry from a lady member that looks legitimate, but when I try to accept I am sent to Airbnb.com.farmtimestories.com. Naturally I cannot get anyone at Airbnb to tell me what is going on (it would be quicker to rerad War and Peace than try and find their incredibly well hidden contacty details!!!!).

Does anyone out there know anything about this?

I assume it is a phiishing attempt, is the enquiry on your dashboard?
