Different pricing for times of year

I have set different pricing in my calendar for "high season" time frames but when potential guests select dates to view availability, they get the rates effective the day they are looking - which of course is "off season" so they are very surprised once they start booking and all of a sudden the rate goes up by $1000.  Is there a way to show the accurate rate as soon as they select their dates?

My community typically has 4 different price structures for differnt times of the year including two High Seasons:

High Season------------Jan. 4- April 26

Low Season-------------April 27-August 15
Ultra Low Season------August 16-November 21

High Season-----------November 22-December 19

Holiday Season---------December 20- Jan. 3

How can prices be reflected on Airbnb for the different times of the year?

I have five different units--all are a different price.
