Did not receive payment after hosting, now the booking wont even show up in my transaction history

Hi, 
Back in June I hosted someone at my house, they stayed for around 5 nights. For a while the airbnb app just told me the payment had not been made to me yet. But its now August and it still hasnt been paid. My bank details are all set up. Now that particular booking wont even show up in my transaction history. Can I get a bit of help here please?

Hmm...that does sound a little strange. Have you contacted the Airbnb Support Team at all? If not, I would recommend you do as they will be able to take a look at your account for you and find out what's going on. I have just replied to a similar post with the details, which you might find useful.

I hope you get this sorted, it would be great to hear an update. 🙂
