I am trying to figure out the Listing ID or other identification code for ones particular listing on Airbnb in order to direct friends or others to the site to book or inquire.  Anyone please help?

Also, where is place on site to list regulations, directions, and other particulars to inform arriving guests of?

@David-R-0 yes, your listing number looks like this:  www.airbnb.com/rooms/xxxxxxxxx   You can see it in the URL when you look at a preview of your listing. 

As for your next question, when a reservation is confirmed, the guest's itinerary will include your House Rules and directions if you have entered these things in your listing details (Manage Listing).
