I just sepnt 2 hrs trying to fix a simple issue for nothing. I honestly can't believe a company this big has this type of customer support service. Seems like they hide their number so customers cannot find it.  As a tech company they need to prioritize their customer service. Your links can be helpful but not all the answers are there. You guys need to work on the customer support.
