Contacting Airbnb

Is there anyway I can simply contact airbnb to ask them a question about my account?

Click on the "get support" link on the main page of this forum. That's the page you see when you select "Ask the community"

The first post, called "Community help guidlines", has links to lots of helpful articles. One is "Contact Airbnb".

Its not that ABB doesnt want to talk to you or anything. Or maybe they really dont care too much about their hosts and they care about their guests and the income they guests generate.
