Consolidated reciept

So I have a guest coming and she is wanting a consolidated reciept; basically one that doesn't seperate the fees from the room rate. She is a student and traveling for school and the school won't reimburse her for the cleaning fee I have added in, so that is why she is asking if I can give her a reciept with all items consolidated. Maybe a good idea just to have in the future. I understand why she is asking and I understand why it is set up the way it is; just thought I would ask. Thanks in advance.
