Co hosting

Hi all

Greetings to all from South Africa! 

I am an Airbnb host myself and just started co-hosting for a friend.

Can the co-host change the price of the accomodation on behalf of the host?

Is there a manual with the limits of power a co-host should obey?

Can you be a co host in other cities, or do you need meet with each renter?  Also what do the levels mean?  Thanks

I am a co-host for several listings myself and as far as I know, a co-host has pretty much the same access as the host of the listing, including managing the descriptions, the calendar, pricing and messaging. The only things I have found a co-host is limited to viewing are financial stats for their co-hosted listing.

It is therefore very important for there to be a very high level of trust in whoever one selects as a co-host, at least until Airbnb is able to incorporate access levels to the co-host platform.
