City of Lake Oswego rental letter

For all of you hosts in Lake Oswego you should be aware of the letter they are now starting to send out.  Briefly, it mentions LOC 50.03.002.  A rental term for less than 30 days is not a permitted use in any residential zone in the city.  Anyone advertising less than 30 day stays is in direct violation and can be fined.  I am one of the first to get this letter but the Code Enforcement Specialist at the city suggested that more are coming.  I am trying to reach out to as many LO hosts to band together to get the planning commission and city council to make changes to a code that might have seemed appropriate last century.

I have gotten in touch with many LO hosts and have 15 enthusiastic supporters but would prefer as many as possible!
