Changing a quote

How do I change a quote?  Someone asked for a quote for 2017, but the prices were wrong as I had not set them that far out.  Since I replied saying I would get back to them I no offer has been accepted but I do not know how to change the quote?

Also @Emma11, do you want to receive booking requests that far out?  You can change this if you want.
