Changed Reservation No response from Airbnb

I created a new listing and after 3 months decided to remove it.  I have  guest with a reservation in that listing.  I have not been able to change the reservation to a different listing so I can remove the 2nd listing.  What am I not doing?

@Tash3  I don't believe you can de-list if there are existing reservations on the listing.  Have you contacted the guest to see if the guest is willing to change?  If the guest will cooperate, then you can contact Air BNB and request the relocation of the guest.  Meanwhile I assume you have snoozed the listing you plan to close, right?
