Change in dates

My guest has booked for the 9th of January for a 31 day period and has already paid.  She has now informed me that she wants to move the date of arrival to the 19th of January for a 31 day period.  How do I shift the booking to the new dates?

If you are happy to accomodate the change in booking, just go into the book and click on the change button and alter the dates. Your guest will then have to accept it.
