Help! I've screwed up! A lady sent a request for a nights stay in May. I explained that there may be work done at the house at this time and would leave it for her to decide if she still wanted to confirm. I excepted her request as thought she would still need to except but she had decided no to go ahead. Which is absolutely fine with me but I don't want the guest charged anything and it looks like I may get a penalty for a misunderstanding of how to use my app? It was only my second booking so I'm still learning! 😞

It's best not to cancel reservations yourself. The guest should cancel if possible, and you can always refund their money.
