Cancellation policy

I've checked out some of the threads about a cancellation policy - and whether to set it at flexible, moderate, strict. I can't even find where this option is for my listing! and would like to know what the options are. Could someone please direct me to where to find this setting for my listing? Many thanks in advance.

Click on where it says 'edit listing' scroll to bottom and click on 'terms'

please advise on which screen to click on "edit listing"...as when I do it from the dashboard I cannot see any "Terms"
