You can. Just go into your profile and play around. I know you can take it off for the season. The other way I do it is if it's only for a week or so I just block the days on the calendar

@Jean71 Yep!  You can "snooze" your listing so that it won't show up in searches and guests won't be able to make Inquiries or Reservation Requests.  Here's how:
