Can't access my Host invoice

Hi,

when I try to print my VAT Host Invoice, I get an error; "Oops! we can't seem to find the page you are looking for..."

Rather strange, as under another account I don't have any problems to access the invoices.

Anybody any experience with this, and knows thow to resolve this?

I am a new member to hosting experiences with Air bnb.  My experience is a Truffle Food and Wine Tasting in Florence, Italy.  I am trying to printout "Host Invoices" for my records.  I have followed all the links and cannot access "Listings" and on.  In 2019, the issue continues.
