Business travel invoice without a VAT number

My question is related to the travel managers settings. My organisation is a Bulgaria non-profit and we don't have a VAT registration. I want to book an AirBnB for a business trip but in Bulgaria non-profits have an ID number which is different from a VAT number. Can AirBnB issue an invoice with my organisation's ID number and not VAT?
