Bad feeling about the reservaton

Hi! I'm a new host got my first reservation two nights ago and got a bad feeling after accepting so quick. The guest showed uup very late didn't get a chance to greet. they checked out and when I went to go clean they left a big mess and took a few things frm the apartment like king blanket and candle from the bathroom. does this happen often do guest take things from the property thats not theirs? I'm a little confused and sad bc it was my very first guest and was very excited to accept.????? help please

@Claudia84 that is totally unacceptable behavious from your guest.  I would open a resolution center claim at least for the cost of the king blanket.  Have you messaged the guest about it ?  Here's info on claiming compensation through the Resolution Center:
