Asking Airbnb to Refund Booking Fee for Cancelled Guest

I have a guest who had to cancel her reservation for March.  I don't mind her cancelling as she gave plenty of notice.  Airbnb retained $68 of her reservation fee.  Is there a way I can ask them to refund her?

That is how airbnb works - they never refund the fees with a cancellation.

Your guest can contact AirBnB and ask them to refund the fee she paid.
