AirBnB cancelled my reservation. Do I get a refund?

I made a booking before setting off on a long trip.

It seems that AirBnB weren't happy with my id photo, even though it was very clear and I had no problem with previous bookings.

Here's the gist of it.

Your reservation for The Nave | Westwood Christian Centre was canceled

Hi Peter,

Because we couldn’t confirm your profile, your reservation for The Nave | Westwood Christian Centre was canceled.

To confirm your profile and book a new place to stay, please provide a clear photo of your government ID.

So now what? I had to make emergency new arrangements and have heard nothing from AirBnB about this. How does one progress something like this?
