Please can i get some guidance on what to charge for additional guests

are they still there? if so, go to their reservation, alter or change, change the total cost to your agreed cost. then submit. However they will need to accept this for you to get reimbursed. it is not in your control.

Well, it's up to you on what you want to charge for additional guests.  Take in to consideration extra wear & tear, linens, utilities, etc.
