Additional Guest Charge for Long Stay

Hello,

I have a question.

I set up a discount for both weekly and monthly stays at my spare room. However, on the nightly price I have set up a £10 charge for an additional guest.

My question is: will this charge apply on top of the discounted weekly/monthly price?

If it does, is there a tool to reduce it only for monthly charges?

My point being that the additional charge translated in 30 days adds a huge amount on top, maybe if I could set it at say £5, it would be more attractive for 2 people travelling together.
