1 guest with a break in booking

I have a guest request for 3 months but within that period there is another booking for 4 days. My long term guest is willing to leave for those 4 days and return. They should not need to make 2 bookings and thus 2 booking fees. how can this be done ??

it is the same if he makes 1 or 2 bookings because the service fee is 6-15% of the total amount he pays.

But if you have cleaning fee than you could send him special offer without cleaning fee for his second booking so he only pays it once.

Hello @Adrian28  - yes, the guests need to make two separate bookings. 

If you want to go easy on them, make them a special offer / discount to balance the cost of the fee for the second booking..
