Payout Method: Payoneer

I don't know whether it's only my problem or not, but I have chosen this method (Payoneer) as it promised a faster payout.
However, instead of taking 5 days to verify and send the money ("It’ll take up to 5 business days for us to verify it. Once its status is set to "Ready", we’ll pay you through this payout method.") I haven't receive it even 15 days later. It's still in "Pending Verification" status.  So... what's wrong?

I have even bigger problem. After receiving and activating my Payoneer card, i am unable to add it to my payout method for some reason. No matter how many times i try, keep getting the same message: "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application. To log in to your account please click here."

Link takes me to Payoneer login screen and there is nothing else i can do. Payoneer does not show as "pending" or "waiting for verification" on Airbnb payout method screen.

Any help please??!!
