Payment not recieved

This is the first time this has happened as we have always recieved an email from airbnb that funds have been transfered the day after our guest has arrived. Our current guest has paid according to a message from airbnb as they have to pay when booking. We first noticed something this morning when our January earning figures did not contain the current booking (they did yesterday) and there is no paymnet line in the transaction history. They have now been with us 2 nights, what is going on? How do I resolve this issue? Who do I contact.

If you are in Australia I just spoke to a very helpful person that has opened an investigation file. However be aware that if there is a bank holiday in the US a few days extra may be needed for payment to come through. Australian Number is 02 8520 3333.

We have exactly the same problem (in Oz), guest was with us two days, checked out this morning, no money.  Perhaps it is the bank holiday.

I have the same  isues with payout - my guest coming in the 15.01.2017 and i still don't get a payment till to the to day 17.12.2017 and no one e-mail from Airbnb !
What can i do with that ? In the Airbnb web page no possibilities to contact with somebody !!!

I am having the same problem... hosted a family in December - on my "history" it says payout has been done but there is nothing in my bank account.  I cannot contact anyone at airbnb - all emails are returned / bounce back.  Does anyone have a telephone number or email address that we can contact anyone at airbnb??

Yes , this seems to be an ongoing and frustrating theme. ABB have seriously damaged their branding over it. This week I was finally was paid this week for all the guests (6) thatI have had since January 3. I had to ring and insist on speaking to a supervisor. In case the thread is too long or you havent found the contact details, I have copied and pasted the information given to me by another host. Here they are 

 

This information is elsewhere within the host forums, but because AirBnB prefer a ‘self-managed’ site it is in fact quite hard for a lot of people to find ways to contact them. Many ‘high up’ hosts are confused by this and are not always kind on line. Don’t be concerned you are certainly not alone. I would also advise that if you are not successful after the first phone call that you INSIST on speaking to a supervisor. They may try and put you off, but there has to be a supervisor on every shift.

There are other ways to contact AirBnB apparently like sending DMs to their Twitter account, @AirbnbHelp, however not everyone has access to these. All the best!

I am having the same problem - hosted a family in December - says the correct amount in PAYOUT but nothing in the bank!!!  I cannot contact anyone from airbnb???

Second listing in a row where Airbnb has not paid me in a timely fashion.  Guests left two days ago, I still have not been paid and cannot get a response from Airbnb.
