Hello, I just received an unknown receipt from my bank.... It says that I sent 91EURO to AIRBNB!!!
Can I send an email anywhere???

Really, I can't find anywhere this transaction history.... This is so terrible.... I have just got an unknown payout to AIRBNB without reason!!!

And I need to resolve this immediately and I can't find who can help me!

Unrecognised transactions on your bank account or credit card then your first call is always to your bank to report it and prevent any further transactions. That is standard practice.

then go to your Airbnb account and change your password and look for any unusual activity or changes to your account.

Hello, thank's a lot for your help.  I did it both. The strange thing is that this transaction doesn't appear anywhere in my account....

I need to find a way to take some explanations or to request a refund...
