HOW TO BOOK IN GUESTS WITH A DEPARTURE ON THE SAME DAY AS AN ARRIVAL

Hi, How do I book in guests with a departure date on the same day as an already booked in later arrival? Airbnb say 'NOT POSSIBLE' in spite of prep block days been switched off. Thanks, Margie

Are you trying to fill single days ?  You have your listing set to two days minimum.

You don't rent "days" you rent "nights".  If the guest is coming at 7am and leaving at 7pm, pick whether they are staying the night before or the night after.

Yes, Thank you. So I tell the guest booking to book to the last night before they check out the following day. It makes sense. I will try this,  Thankyou. I will remember in future that 'guests book nights' not to the departure day.

Hi @Margie9 with the prep time set to "None" in availability settings it works well for us. Are you sure this is how it's set for you?

Yes, I have changed it to 'NONE' so that I can book this same day. Thanks!
