I was recently put through to a Community Expert when I had a query with Airbnb. What's the advantage of being a Community Expert?

Do they get paid?

please give me an idea what the time frame is, in hearing an acknowledgement from AIRBNB, once I have excalled a damage claim. Is it days, weeks?  Do hosts just sit endlessly hoping their claim is in the system, and will eventually hear something?  Just dont understand this way of doing business/?   WHAT IS NORMAL PROCEEDURE?
