Unsafe report taking forever meanwhile our home has been unlisted

Please help, our airbnb home was unlisted by airbnb while an unsafe report was filed. We, after much calling found it was for our side outdoor steps being different sizes could be unsafe (concrete steps, one is a deeper step then the other). The saftey team texted us and said they would be in contact Wednesday never called. Then said they would call Saturday... never called... then said they would call tuesday... never called. Meanwhile our home remains unlisted and we arnt able to get new listings but they have been allowing us to keep all our onces we got prior to this report. We have put up cautions uneven step signs and caution tape on the actual steps... continue to wait to hear from airbnb. How long will this take?
