Yeah, I thought I was the only one who had this issue and Yes I too like you called up and waited ages initially to speak to someone to which I had to hang up and call up again a few days later, the guy that handled the enquiry wasnt much help but I suppose thats to be expected he has no clout in the matter apart from may be file a complaint.
That new multi calender update is just the worst design ever. I mean dont they test run it in beta or with members of the hostig community first before rolling it out.. Just disgusting in my opinion..
1. Everytime you go to click on the message history link it doesnt open a new tab simply takes you away from the calendar.
2. information entered into the notes section no longer shows on the bar
3. The multi calendar interface is so much more slower.
4. The listinga are no longer in alphabetical order
5. The page view is so wide you keep having to scroll up and down to make sense of dates of availability at a glance..
6. Whose idea was it to put the name of the listing at the top of each calender strip/bar rather than at the beginning of the strip or bar?
I hope someone from their development team is reading this and escalates these issues..
Im not a happy bunny with this update..
