Refund sent to wrong account

The Airbnb host has refunded me part of my rent. The refund has gone to a credit card I do not recognize. It was probably sent to a payment method added years ago by one of my friends that I may have used once. Can the Airbnb payment team cancel this refund and send it to my default payment method now? Or at least tell me the name of the credit card info to which the refund has been sent. I don't know why Airbnb chose a random payment method I have not used recently to send this refund to.

It's been a while since you posted and I wondered if you had an update for us? It would be great to know how it was resolved so that other Hosts in your situation who come to the Community Center would know what to do.
