I've been trying to solve a problem that was caused by a system bug on Airbnb for a week now and I wasn't able to reach any resolution!
I've ended up paying more than €150 for a reservation that my guest wanted to cancel with no blame on my side, while my guest received all the money she initially paid.. that's beside the time, effort & street I've been through this last week!
How can I ask for a compensation from Airbnb for that? And pls don't tell me ask it from my guest, because it's an Airbnb issue!
