Has it slowed down lately on bookings and should I lower my rates?

I have not had anybody rent my place in about a week and a half and I’m thinking about lowering the price. What do you think?

@Dezi8  Reducing the price might attract more bookings, but ensure it still covers your costs and remains profitable. I also observed the slow on bookings. But I just make sure  my listing is always up-to-date as the Summer months are approaching, and we're hoping to gain bookings. You may also consider the following if you haven't.

-Consider using tools that adjust your pricing based on market conditions and demand. Airbnb and other third-party services offer dynamic pricing options that can optimize your pricing strategy automatically.

-Airbnb allows hosts to set up special offers or promotions.

It's been a while since you posted and I'm wondering whether you managed to get a resolution to your question or if @Alicia753's support has helped at all?

It'd be great to hear from you, so we can understand if you found a resolution but also to support other Hosts who may have similar questions in the future. 😊
