Date Availability

Hi everyone - I want to set my availability for 60 nights (May 1st t0 June 30th).  I live in NYC where you have to have a min of a 30 day rental.   That is the date range I need to rent out for.  However, all the dates are struck out.  How do I make then available?  I already tried going to calendar then availability.  Please help!  Thanks.

Hey @Zeshaan0 - welcome to hosting!

Go to Calendar > select the listing on the left column > then you'll see more settings on the right:

You'll need to change the Minimum Nights to 30 from there. If its only available for select dates, you'll want to keep your Availability Window (just below the viewable area in the screen shot) to 'Dates unavailable by default', which sounds like what you have now. You'll want to select the dates on the calendar itself and mark them as Available.
